“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your

one wild and precious life?”

― Mary Oliver

welcome...

I'm a multi-passionate artist and creator, weaving together my roles as a somatic coach, embodiment and circle facilitator, transformational event host, singer-songwriter, and web designer.

"I'm here to support you in reclaiming your self-connection, honoring your complexity, and building a life that is meaningful, embodied, and true."

words of appreciation

In for more body love? My dear sister Paulina is your woman... I can't think of any safer place to be, then a space guided by her embodied wisdom & depth taking you into the inner & outer landscape of the body.
