I'd love to take you on a journey deep inside your body to connect with your authentic voice and the messages it longs to communicate.
You will activate your breath, sound and movement to create inner safety and access your inner knowing.
The organic attuned vibration of your voice will support regulation of your nervous system and an overall natural healing ability of your body.
From there, you will practice

TAKING SPACE
Practice taking up more space with your being & unlearn the habit of making yourself fit into places that are invested in you staying small and silent. Feel more empowered to claim your space in your relationships and the environments you're co-creating.
EXPRESSING YOUR TRUTH
Practice embodied expression of your authentic impulses, emotions, and thoughts & unlearn deeply ingrained habits of managing, controlling and filtering. Harness self-trust and courage to speak what you really mean, and show how you really feel.
EMBODYING YOUR ESSENCE
Practice creating deep grounded inner safety & unlearn self-abandonment. Embody your Self - inhabit your body, remember the truth of who you really are, have your own back no matter what, and show up in the world in your fulness.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Voice Medicine sessions are not about one-time big bang transformation. I don't promise magical healing and overnight results. Rather, I offer you an opportunity to engage in a practice of self-connection and self-expression, within a safely held and carefully guided container. I follow my intuition and offer insights. I recommend resources that might further support you. I always encourage your self-empowerment and sovereignty.
Having all that in mind, after the initial discovery session, I invite you to commit to a journey consisting of minimum 5 sessions. Sessions are between 60 and 75 minutes and take place online.
